Our Mission

We strive to provide clients with professional, private, precise and complete investigative services.  With well trained experienced investigators, you can rest assured that we will complete assignments in a professional and speedy manor.
About us

Passmore and Associates was established in 2001. We are owned and operated by Mr. Frank C. Passmore, a licensed private investigator with the State of California, PI License# 22420. Mr. Passmore is a retired police officer with over 20 years experience in law enforcement. He and his associates have an array of knowledge and experience that allows them to be the leaders in investigative services. In some cases we utilize both male and female investigators allowing us to conduct investigations under difficult conditions. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.  In addition, we serve the San Francisco Bay area and surrounding areas.
